Trevor Juul recently met with Mr. Peter Ibru, the director responsible for the joint venture agreement with SBT Juul Africa to develop a 40 000 square meter mixed used development in Port Harcourt. Trevor Juul said he is delighted to be involved in this development, which will contribute significantly to the upgrading and development of Port Harcourt as a major city in Nigeria . This is a great opportunity for SBTJ to contribute to the development programme that the Governor has started in  Rivers State and we are honoured to participate in this development process. The project, which is expected to commence on site later this year, and run for a construction period of 28 months, is expected to include major international anchor tenants, a 150 bed, four-star internationally branded hotel, offices and apartments. Parking for over one thousand cars, will be provided.
