Trevor Juul , CEO of SBTJ Africa is delighted with the agreement he has recently signed for the development of a 20 000 square meter shopping centre in Lesotho . The R120 million development is expected to be completed in November 2009 and will include anchor tenants Pick and Pay, cinemas and food court. Trevor Juul said, “We are very excited to be involved with this project as both investors and developers and to have this opportunity to contribute to the development of Lesotho . I believe that this development will create a number of both direct and indirect jobs during the course of construction and after. We anticipate that over one and a half thousand people will be employed through this investment.”

SBTJ are looking at two other major developments in Lesotho and are committed to the growth and development of the country.
