	The Interior Design team at SBTJ are creative, professional and passionate about design. We aim to give our clients interiors that are unique and stylish. We specialise and have experience in corporate, retail and hospitality interiors. As well as up-market residential interior design. We keep abreast of the latest trends and advances in ergonomics, materials and interior products. The design team uses the latest AutoCAD and Revit programs to create drawings and 3D perspectives.    Interior Design services offered include: Brief    The design process begins in close collaboration with our clients. We need to understand the client’s preferences, requirements and budget. We will also look at the scope of the project. Developing the Design Concept This is an exciting and dynamic stage of the project. The brief is interpreted and the client’s ideas take shape in preliminary drawings, layouts and design sketches. Sample boards of interior finishes are completed to help to communicate the design intent to the client. Presentation The conceptual design is presented to the client for approval and comment. Once all aspects of design are agreed on we move to the next stage. Detailed Design and Documentation The designs are developed and the design concept is finalised. Detail drawings and a complete specification of materials is drawn up. At this stage we consult with the architects, engineers and other specialist. Implementation We attend on site progress meetings to ensure the project runs smoothly. This stage of the project requires careful coordination and attention to detail.
